Give parents peace of mind
Parents can rest assured that oneclass is a trusted, verified custodian of their children’s data. When a school enters into partnership with oneclass, parents and students are invited into the secure system, and their information entered with consent. We have several measures in place to prevent unauthorised access to data

You own your data, we keep it safe
Our support staff cannot access your information unless you invite them to help. We do not sell student or school data.

We also do not collect, maintain, use or share students’ personal information beyond that needed for authorized educational or school purposes, or as authorized by the parent or school. Please see our privacy policy for further information

We understand that in order for a cloud service to be useful, it has to be available. We ensure that our services are built upon a solid platform of core technologies, and we are proactive in hunting down possible points of failure. We keep backup copies of your data and stress-test relentlessly.

Availability, uptime, and processing speed

SIMS systems have been designed for maximum uptime and speed by utilizing servers at multiple physical hosting locations.

Passwords

We do not have access to your passwords as they are encrypted and never stored in our databases in an unencrypted format. You are responsible, though, for choosing a strong password and keeping it secret.

Data safety and disaster recovery

Through our partnership with AWS, SIMS maintains multiple, geographically-separated data and infrastructure replicas and will continue to work should any one of those data centers fail unexpectedly.

Security monitoring

Our security team continuously monitors security systems, event logs, notifications and alerts from all systems to identify and manage threats. SIMS also regularly undergoes both internal and external network penetration tests and third party code reviews.

About

This is the official enterprise resource planning school management system of the Plateau State Ministry of Education. All Schools Administrators (Public & Private) are expected to manage their Schools from it. Access is granted free of charge only to school who have revalidated their status with the plateau state ministry of education.
